The name fika.skin is inspired by the Swedish tradition of fika (pronounced fee-kah)—a daily pause to connect with friends over coffee and something sweet. As someone who loves meaningful conversation, coffee, pastries, and celebrating my Swedish and Norwegian heritage, the name felt like the perfect fit.

Helping people feel confident in their skin is my passion. My journey with acne began in the seventh grade, so I understand firsthand how frustrating and emotional skin concerns can be. Years of learning through both successes and setbacks have shaped the way I care for my clients today. It's incredibly rewarding to guide others on their own skincare journey with compassion, education, and personalized treatments.

I believe aging is a privilege—the luckiest people get to do it. My goal is simply to help you age gracefully and keep everyone guessing.
